I am trained to provide reflexology safely at any point during your pregnancy, before you fall pregnant and after you have given birth. I have also been trained to perform a labour stimulating routine but this can only be performed after your due date. The really lovely aspect of doing a reflexology treatment on you during pregnancy is that your baby will feel the benefits too! Book today for a treatment which will include an initial consultation followed by a relaxing and nurturing 1 hour treatment. I will then create a bespoke treatment plan for you based on your needs which can be adjusted as needed during the pregnancy. If you are looking for support pre-conception, I would advise making sure that you are available for regular treatments (at least weekly) for 12 sessions.
