Service Description
A full investigative treatment will be completed during the first appointment along with a 30 minute consultation (included in the cost) to discuss your needs and any conditions you are suffering with if relevant. I will also ensure that Reflexology is a safe and suitable treatment for you at this time. I will then use the information gathered to create a treatment plan specific to you which will include working reflexes that best support your wellbeing in subsequent sessions. Please allow 1 hour and 15 minutes for the initial consultation. Although this is a clinical reflexology session, it is also perfect if you are simply looking for an hour of relaxation to restore, recharge and rebalance.
